Ministry TeamsBecause the church has so many different functions, we have divided the many ministries of TCC into teams that function under the supervision of the elders of our church. Each team is responsible for understanding the mission and vision of the church (as set by the elders and the ministerial staff), budgeting, making plans for their team, executing programs, and generally overseeing the ministry for which they are accountable. Challenge GroupsShort on time, but wanting connection to other Christians? Consider a Challenge Group! The “challenge” is a practical, hands-on experience that participants can do on their own throughout the week. Group members then communicate via email to share thier experiences and to encourage one another. Groups can have a focus on topics ranging from evangelism to stewardship.
